Why is there a delay if my billing and shipping addresses are different?
Your credit card company only authorizes us to send to your billing address. This is to prevent fraudsters from using your credit card number to send things to their home or other address. Even if your credit card has "fraud protection," you pay for any fraud on your account through higher interest rates and service fees. Please read on in the FAQ for more information.
Can I have something sent to my work address? What if my product is a gift? Can I have it sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, you may. However, we will need to verify that it is an authorized address first. To authorize an alternate shipping address, please call the toll free number on the back of your credit card. Tell the representative "I would like to authorize an alternate shipping address for my credit card." This is a new procedure for many banks, so you may need to ask to speak to a supervisor or have the address written in the NOTES section of your account.
Once you have done so, then you may place your order with us. When you fill out the order form, please indicate that you have already called your bank by writing this in the "Instructions" section.
Please be advised that we WILL call your bank and speak to a representative to verify that you have indeed authorized the separate address. This procedure may take a few days, and we or the bank may need to contact you. Be sure that as much contact information is provided as possible and that it is all correct.
Are you the same company that makes the infomercial?
We are an internet retailer and franchise store. We are not the company that advertises directly on television, nor are we affiliated with them. That is why we often have lower prices or may offer different products and deals. If you have ordered directly from a television infomercial and are currently experiencing problems, please contact that company's customer service directly.
How can I track my order if it is being sent internationally or to US territories and PO Boxes?
Currently, you cannot. Call or email us to find out the date that your package was sent. For international orders, a claim for loss can be filed only after sixty days has passed from the date of shipment. For post office orders within the US, a claim for loss can be filed after thirty days from date of shipment.
My order number is not six digits, what's going on?
You did not order form us. Please check your bank statement and contact the company that has your money. We are not the manufacturers or advertisers who run the infomercial for any of our products.
Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes, your satisfaction means everything to us. That's why we offer only brand names and not imitations or knock-offs. With our buying power and low overhead we can pass on the savings to you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, you may return your purchases within 30 days and we will refund the full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling. How can I return something if I'm not satisfied?

Why do I need a return authorization number? Can't I just send it back?
Many people are unsure of where they originally ordered their product. Quite often, products are returned to the company that did not charge a customer's credit card. When we used to accept all packages, many people who were not our customers were sending us products in error. Because of this, our representatives were not able to help our real customers: You! Thus RMA system reduces the time required for us to process returns, resulting in a faster credit to your credit card. And we also have more time to address your questions and needs.
Can hackers steal my credit card number?
